Job Description

Guardian Tactical Spectrum Security Limited is a multi-services company which specialises in Security & Risk Management, Security Support Services, Specialist Security Training, Private Client Services, Governmental and Corporate Consulting and Marine Service Support.

Responsibilities

  • Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases.
  • Prioritising workloads.
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients.
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses.
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
  • If more senior, recruiting, training and supervising junior staff.

Requirements

  • Applicants must reside within Lekki-Ajah axis
  • Must look beautiful and presentable
  • Must have a Degree or its equivalent
  • Outspoken,bold and confident.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
