The job holder is responsible for selling the products offered (pharma & consumer products) by GM&F Specialties Ltd within assigned territory.
Proposing and implementing new sales initiatives across assigned territory to achieve set sales goals.
Ensuring high level of customer service within the sales process.
Generating leads and meeting sales goals.
Maintaining and growing an active customer database within assigned territory.
Ensuring that receivables are collected across stores within the agreed payment terms in order to sustain company's cash flow levels.
Gathering of information about competitor activities on the field and reporting same to management on a periodic basis.
Requirements for this role include:
Valid driver’s license and good knowledge of Lagos roads
At least 1-2 years sales experience
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
