Job Description

Purpose: 

Reporting to the AGM-Sales this role is responsible to focus on meeting bank customers regularly to generate enquiries/orders/payment follow ups/market information.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Expand Banking sector customers with an aim to bring in more banks who are currently not customers
  • Increase business revenue from the current banking customers through improved relationship building exercise on a consistent basis
  • Gather customer data base from Banking, Finance and Insurance (BFI)
  • Make cold calls in BFI segment
  • Generate new enquiries from BFI segments
  • Generate leads from new BFI customers
  • Meeting with operations and project teams of existing banking customer consistently
  • Develop relationship with banking customers to increase sales from BFI
  • Prepare weekly/monthly projections in terms of rating/quantity/value
  • Obtain competitor information from banks
  • Schedule periodical meeting for RPE team with operation and project team
  • Report daily sales activities to expand existing business
  • Report weekly sales activities 
  • Achieve set sales targets from new and existing BFI segment


Essential Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in Sales
  • Knowledge of UPS Systems, Hybrid Solar and Storage solutions
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skill
  • Knowledge in ISO standards.

High standard of attention to detail

Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Ability to work to deadlines


Education and/or Professional Qualifications

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in similar position

Degree or HND in relevant discipline, Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication
