- To achieve direct load out and redistribution of stocks from distributors’ warehouse to retail outlets within assigned Routes
- To achieve effective coverage of retail outlets in your Routes.
- To establish, maintain and expand your outlet base by continually recruiting new outlets weekly.
- To effectively execute Sales Drivers/objectives in all covered outlets.
- Sales strictly on a Cash basis
- Collect Data and reconciliation
- Synchronizing TAB sales on a daily basis. If SFA is in use.
- Ensure value chain compliance and implementation
- 3-5 years in sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Personal integrity
- Minimum of HND in a Business related course
- A proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills
