You will be responsible for sales functions for the company’s houseware range. You will be required to interact with customers for their order requirement and ensuring proper sales documentation. You also will be required to visit customers to understand their concerns, competition activities vs our product range and provide your inputs to improve overall sales.
- Interact with customers to collect their order either on phone or during customer's visit in office for all company HW product range.
- Follow-up with regular company HW customers, special product target customers for their purchases.
- Processing sales documents with accounts.
- Co-ordinate with stores for supplies to customers.
- Inform new product launch, inform price update information to customers.
- Get competition product pricing information for comparison and analysis.
- Market visit to discuss sales related information with customers.
- Call customers for product specific discussion.
- Reporting: You will be reporting to the Sales Head for all sales related activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
The person should have 5-7 years of experience in sales.
The person with FMCG work experience will be given preference.
