- Manage company exposure to receivables by ensuring prompt collection of money for sales made.
- Analyze and interpret quantitative sales data on the region on a continual basis as provided by Field force Support
- Gather, analyze and interpret qualitative market information at the regional level: Pharmacies, trade channels, political vision, regional current events
- Identify business drivers, target groups and their specific needs, opinion leaders, e.t.c at region Level.
- Develop a Territory Sales plan in alignment with the national sales strategy, identifying keys issues developing appropriate strategies, setting priorities, identifying required and appropriate resources.
- Regularly revise and adapt the territory sales plan according to the demands of the market situation.
- Develop and exploit a network of opinion leaders at region level beyond the scope of sales representative.
- Ensure active respect of values, business ethics, local laws, policies, and procedures and stimulate positive leadership, accountability, and entrepreneurship by the sales representative.
