Job Description
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for Identify credible leads, introducing Ejalet product and services to them and converting them into a sale
- Managing business relationships at a senior level with customers, to identify opportunities for growth and increased revenue for Ejalet within the broadband internet capacity market as well as improves the customer experience.
- Establishment of projects and planning / feasibility for customers through the technical department which includes Installation & Implementation pricing, commercial proposals, and Last mile Negotiations
- Uncover new revenue opportunities in enterprise internet capacity sales and entry strategy to penetrate the market
- Preparation of sales documents I.e. sales the proposal, invoice, and quote
- Growing a Clientele Portfolio on companies in Nigeria, and getting them connected to ‘Ejalet network
- Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements, listen to their requirements and present appropriate solutions within the Ejalet service package to make sales.
- Making Presentations in the sales process to potential clients and companies on internet service provisions and other last mile solutions available through Ejalet business propositions within Nigeria Telecommunication Industry
- High-level interaction and engagement at senior level to drive sales and new businesses
- Provide Line manager with the necessary sales reports, budgets, sales plan, and market analysis
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set sales targets within a given period
- Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales the administration is kept current at all times
- Report on sales, activity, and performance
- Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as Ejalet policies.
- Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings/events and seminars.
- Proactive and responsive to clients and prospective clients.
- Work closely with the business development team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and helping the team to achieve targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and the corporate Code of Conduct.
- Ensure personal adherence to workplace health and safety requirements and either address or brings to management’s attention when others are in breach of these requirements.
- Act in an ethical way when dealing with the company assets and other people
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in selling bandwidth capacity, Internet services products and telecommunications products
- Consistent track record of success in achieving and succeeding sales targets;
- Experience in the enterprise broadband internet capacity sales for businesses and other organizations; proven ability in targeting new business opportunities; a confident negotiator with proven ability to close the deal; a positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
- Understanding of local markets, customers and competition within the broadband space in order to target needs and drive sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance it with moving with speed to achieve a result
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
