Essential Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving quarterly sales quota by selling to new or existing customers
  • Maintains and increasing the business market share.
  • Act as the customer advocate to ensure that the organization remains customer-focused
  • Compile all relevant data to determine the exact nature of the customer's business needs and develop solutions for customer business problems
  • Responsible for account development, sales plans and forecasting
  • Need to negotiate price and finalize contract terms and conditions to close the deal


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience or equivalent in the UPS industry selling aftermarket services, contracts, and part
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Self-motivated and extremely organized
  • Strong analytic and judgment skills
  • Works well in a team environment
