We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, customer-oriented Sales Manager with at least 5 years experience in the Banking and/or Fintech Industry.
- Identification of new business opportunities and projects promoting Upperlink's core and products and solutions
- Manage the sales process of the new business/project opportunities including negotiations and closure of new business and partner contracts
- Create and retain positive ongoing relationships with the customers/partners
- Manage good relations, communication and teamwork of the internally involved parties including the development, customer support, project management, legal, finance etc.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Good understanding of the Fintech industry, market, and product
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in Banking or Fintech Industry
- Excellent relationship with customers and partners
- High self-motivation to achieve goals without supervision and able to work remotely
- Good presentation and written communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skill in developing relationship with customers
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related technical field
