Job Description

  • Ensure optimal availability of products over long and short term.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales target with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understanding our ideal customer and how that relate to our products.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum HND.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales; preferably in the beverage industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods.
  • Building a sales plan for the company (customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning).
  • Proficiency in executing “Steps of the Call” and in building strong relationships with customers.
  • Information tracking, analysis and preparing for presentation.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Exerting personal influence for initiating action steps and execution of a plan.
  • Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence.
  • Strong customer focus and negotiating skills.
