We are real estate development management company with a growing portfolio of residential housing projects under development. We aspire to be a brand identified with high quality affordable housing. We are looking for an experienced sales manager to join our team and drastically improve our capacity to sell our projects off plan.
The ideal candidate shall:
Be responsible for crafting and leading the execution of the company's sales strategy.
Be able to build and lead a sales team.
Have and be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Be able to demonstrate distinctive creativity in communication and problem-solving.
Have a wide professional and personal network that can facilitate access to a large pool of potential home buyers: individual, collectives and corporate.
Demonstrate a track record of successful sale of substantial parts of residential housing schemes within an organizational setting.
Possess a minimum of first degree
Have at least 5 years of post NYSC work experience with increasing responsibility within reputable organizations.
