Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our customer's trading account. You will oversee managing organizational sales, pitching to clients over the phone, monitor the performance of the client’s trading account. You will also be tasked with turning a frustrated client into a happy one/A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to learn on the job. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus

Job Description

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

  • Meeting planned sales goals.

  • Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

  • Promoting organizational platform and product.

  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with the platform and providing outstanding customer service.

  • Superior product knowledge.

  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

  • Making telephone calls in other to advance sales.

  • Maintain the company’s legal and ethical integrity.

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

  • Experience in customer relationship management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Dedication to providing great customer service.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

  • A professional appearance.

  • Retail sales experience.
