GARBACO HOUSING is looking for a group of sales reps to create qualified leads and close deals  making GARBACO HOUSING Nigeria’s number 1 direct to consumer house builder by driving the company’s flag ship building product “THE GARBACO POLY PANEL” whilst building your personal wealth.

GARBACO HOUSING is a UK construction company that specialises in affordable construction for its clients providing innovative solutions to mass market problems. GARBACO has been conventionally constructing structures for years using standard practises to successfully meet client needs. Through continuous exposure to the construction industry’s needs to provide better construction solutions in the residential and SME sector, GARBACO has formulated its own building system “GARBACO POLY PANEL” to meet the markets requirements.

You will help us grow our brand and make us more visible to those who really need our Products & Services whilst building your commercial skills in a company environment that really wants you to thrive and grow your personal wealth. 


Things You Need To Know:

  • Basic and minimal allowance of N5,000 per week will be provided to enable you to carry out your sales activities.
  • GARBACO SALES GATES is a strategic achievable Sales Commission structure that enables all sales reps to achieve interim increasing weekly allowances as well as a minimum of N15,000,000 annually based on performance.
  • Commission starts at 5%-12.5% & Salaries N5,000 weekly - 150k per month this is presented in the GARBACO SALES GATES with included benefits + car, phone, laptops, lpad, monthly salary .

 Location: Lagos  Gender: Female (Preferably) & Male 


What Will I Be Doing?

Anyone and everyone can be a GARBACO HOUSING sales rep , though having some experience in sales will be beneficial especially if you have experience in the construction and land acquiring industry. We will teach you all you need to know about the GARBACO way of selling and the product and services we provide. What is vital is attitude and behaviour. It’s about working smart: taking responsibility & accountability, challenging yourself, daily motivation, obsession to win, analysing how you can improve and ensuring that every action you take builds towards our objective.

You’ll be influencing customers, building business relationships and identifying & generating qualified leads that will turn into sales.

  • Identify qualified customer leads that you will turn into a sale.
  • Locate customers through networking with associated businesses
  • Work with our Field Sales Managers to help deliver and exceed annual business and individual targets across our top products and services
  • Monitor & evaluate your customer pipeline performance. Amend where appropriate to ensure most effective customer contacting.
  • Monitor market conditions, customer & competitor behaviour & communicate learning’s to management team;
  • Educate customers on THE construction market & our product/services compared to competitors
  • Work with our Field Sales Managers to grow your territory and retail sales value.




  • Young energetic Individuals who are ready to work on the field and can work remotely at times 
  • We are looking for candidates with strong communication, influencing skills and who are self- motivated;
  • You should be excellent at working both by yourself and in a team;
  • Have the determination to continue achieving and learning from your experiences;
  • Ability to analyse and present sales data;
  • Confident in presenting and talking to people;
