Maintain excellent relations with clients/customers and provide support and assistance ensuring that all travel requirements are handled efficiently
Keep Operations Director informed about competitors and market trends/practices.
Managing customer feedback and any complaints
Formulating strategies aimed at obtaining specific high yield commercial accounts
Maintain and provide regular reports in prescribed formats.
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

Negotiating contracts and packages

Travel Sales experience with proven track record
