The successful candidate must
have a track record of selling and achieving targets set.
be a team player and have a positive attitude with a drive towards achieving financial targets set.
be extremely proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel, and Client Relationship Management applications, preferably Salesforce.
Be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have some experience in a client interaction role either customer-facing or telephone. Must definitely possess excellent phone etiquette.
Be well versed with the use of social media to interact with clients, particularly whatsapp and Instagram.
Have a good positive attitude and a drive and willingness to learn new things.
Be willing to introduce fresh ideas to enhance the role and development of the organisation.
Have a ‘can do’ attitude; be willing to solve problems; be diligent and effective in order to achieve the targets set.
1-3 years of direct selling experience either over the phone or face to face.
