Job Description

The desired candidate should be able to:

  • Source for potential clients through direct marketing
  • Conduct Company product presentation to prospective clients
  • Manage present transactions for clients while remaining a value chain partner to Chibek Instruments Limited Initiate cold calls to prospects and follow up to close deals
  • Prepare and submit Commercial Proposals to potential clients
  • Select vendors and suppliers in line with customer needs
  • Maintain communication with prospect until deal is closed
  • Receive requisitions, review them
  • Prepare financial and technical bids and tenders to prospects
  • Give regular detailed feedback to supervisor and top management
  • Promptly attend to Request for Quotations (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Expression of Interest (EOI), Invitation to tender (ITTs).

Specification:

  • A B.Sc/HND in Biochemistry, Microbiology or related discipline
  • 2 or more years work experience in related field and position
  • Working knowledge of SAP application software is an added advantage.

Required skills:

  • Good communication skills (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Cheerful, energetic and positive disposition
  • Knowledge of SAP software would be an added advantage
  • Ability to learn new technologies fast and adapt quickly to changes in technology
