- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Job Skills & Requirements:
- QUALIFICATION: BSC/HND
- EXPERIENCE: Two to Three Years, working experience in similar position in the sales of branded uniforms to multinational companies.
- Ability to meet weekly revenue and cash sales target, very important.
- Manage sales team to ensure sales target results are achieved.
- Design; develop strategy and practice to generate sales
- Give advice and recommendations on sales and marketing policy issues
- Have a very good market intelligence, understanding of the branded uniforms market/sector to be able to generate sales
- Ability to grow and develop the brand Uniform corporate market
- Must have a driver license and understand the Lagos market
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to handle sales pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of winning new businesses and a natural ability to drive huge sales
- Residing close to the office environment is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Upon meeting sales cash weekly and monthly target, 5% will be paid from jobs profit.
