Job Description

We are a leading organic farm with both a wholesale and a retail produce business. We are looking for a suitably qualified person to fulfil the role of a Sales and Administrative Supervisor based out of our Lekki Phase 1, Lagos office. 

  • Manage phone, online and physical sales interactions with customers
  • Supervise staff in the packing of customer orders for pickup or delivery
  • Plan, coordinate and execute delivery schedules with the delivery staff
  • Oversee the on-premises retail store and supervise the retail store staff
  • partner with the Accountant to manage sales and customer records, particularly our wholesale accounts
  • Liase with farm supervisor to organise produce and harvest priorities
  • Make marketing calls on prospective new customers to solicit for wholesale business
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales, marketing and administrative reports

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: HND or higher
  • Experience: 3 years in a sales and administrative or customer service function
  • Residence on the Island (Lagos) is preferable but not required
