The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring employees comply to the company policies and procedures.
Mentor and motivate employees to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals
Ensuring all team members deliver outstanding on the job performance by coaching, mentoring and training.
Outlining employee KPI’s (Key performance indicators) and appraising employee performance.
Confirms availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories.
Securing merchandise by applying security systems and measures.
Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintaining the stability and reputation of the organization by complying with legal requirements.
Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of retail stores
Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues
Develop strategies for the merchandising of goods in retail store
Education and Training: H.N.D /Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
Knowledge in retail sales and customer service is also required for this position.
Computer Literacy is highly compulsory.
Organizational Skills: Retail operations Administrator must be able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
Accounting Skills: Ability to review and evaluate sales records.
Communication Skills: proficient in interacting with Customers and retail staff to communicate information relevant to sales
Candidate must be between 32 – 38 years Old.
