You will work closely with Retail Sales Managers in assigned territory for Retail Business Operations.
You will be responsible for executing plans to meet set targets in volume and margin for refined petroleum products marketed in our
Engage in business development and revenue enhancement activities to reach and exceed set targets.
Initiate business plans and effectively allocate targets to outlets.
Seek to develop new retail channel business.
Effectively manage each customer account to ensure that set targets for refined petroleum products are fully achieved.
Monitor competitors activities as well as supply market intelligence report to the Retail Regional Manager.
Serves as the liaison officer of the company in his/her territory in terms of relationship management of government agencies; regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
Oversees the transformation of retail outlet salespersons to special products sales experts by optimal management of lubes,
LPG and other diversification products stock in service/filling stations, merchandising, forecourt sales and enhanced outlet monitoring.
Ensuring thorough housekeeping in each retail outlet.
Ensuring detailed record-keeping in each retail outlet as well as proper filing of invoices and receipts.
Ensure that the assets of the company in the retail outlets are optimally utilized to guarantee maximum and faster returns on
Required Qualification, Knowledge & Experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Minimum of three years relevant petroleum downstream sales and
marketing experience will be of advantage. FMCG and Banking
professionals with strong sales and marketing background are
also encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic accounting and reporting (sales and marketing) skills.
