Job Description

Job Objectives

Responsible for the Lagos office desk
Drive awareness and revenue growth in Lagos
Marketing and Business development in Lagos
Providing constant feedback to the Management team
Reports To: CEO
Job Responsibilities
Sell the company’s products
Identify new prospects for the company
Collect of documents/ cheques from clients who are unable to upload such
Attend to clients. enquiries/ issues
Analyse clients’ documents to determine credit worthiness
Follow through on clients’ transactions till disbursement
Administer all aspects of the underwriting process
Follow up on clients’ repayment
Check clients’ financial report with CRC
Write reports
Follow up for documents from clients and sort out any discrepancies
Escalate issues arising from the Lagos desk immediately
Preparation of weekly reports for management
Providing management with feedback
Competence Requirements
Banking experience
Customer relationship and management skills
Business development skills
Credit analysis skills preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) &
interpersonal skills
Proficiency in the English language

Educational Qualification
HND / BSc (preferable social sciences background)
Professional Qualification

Desired Experience
Experience in banking/consumer or business loan company – business development, credit, and marketing
