Job Description:

  • Evaluate store and individual performances
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 5+ years in a spicy and seasoning manufacturing industry.
  • Well exposed to B2B/B2C Marketing and must have exposure in leading a team of 4-15 people.
  • Excessive traveling is required in and around the territory.
  • Well versed with computer operations to handle weekly/monthly reporting.
