Location: Lagos Mainland
- To work in partnership with the Sales and Marketing team of the Employer Firm/Company to develop and implement novel, creative and uniquely innovative marketing initiatives and strategies for the Employer Firm to achieve and exceed periodic sales targets/benchmarks of the Company.
- Take corporate responsibility for projecting and selling out ALL the Company brands i.e. Estates developed by the Employer Firm.
- Take responsibility for the achievement goals of the Sales and Marketing team of the Company.
- Contribute massively to the overall growth of the bottomline(and vision) of the Employer Firm.
- Explore different legitimate channels (including 'Digital Marketing') to project the corporate brands of the Company.
- Produce engaging contents (both online and offline) that can convert target customers to Sales.
- Analyze the effect of the overall company strategies on Marketing initiatives to align the company's goals and vision.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and provide timely and effective housing solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Liaise with the team members to ensure brand consistency.
- To do all other things lawfully incidental to the achievement of the foregoing mandate.
- Candidate must be a passionate, goal-oriented and motivated salesperson.
- Must have a considerable depth of experience in Real Estate Marketing.
- Excellent presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of OND.
