Project & Production Administrator

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for the position of Project & Production Administrator

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

High-level productivity:

  • Carry out due process during the planning phase of projects
  • Closely monitor and control all project deliverables
  • Oversee the delivery and installation of products
  • A steady increase in gross profit margin i. Negotiate and seal best deals in the procurement of materials
  • Properly monitor execution phase to minimize unforeseen contingency and unplanned expenses

Return on investment and earned value:

  • Work together with the finance manager to calculate the ROI in a project but looking at specific benefits on the project divided by the costs
  • Together with the finance manager, come up with the earned value by comparing the value of the work completed by a specific date in relation to the approved budget for the project.

Customer satisfaction:

  • Work together with business development officer to create feedback channels for customers
  • Work with BDO to create service level agreements (SLA) for clients

Education, Experience, Training & Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study.
  • A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of three years’ post-graduate experience in a project or production admin role or relevant position
  • Relevant certification to demonstrate professional competency
  • Awareness of business trends
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, etc)
  • Able to perform statistical analysis and demonstrate logical reasoning
  • Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
