  • Managing budgets and expenditure
  • Planning projects
  • Updating the project calendar
  • Tracking projects
  • Resolving issues related to the project
  • Source material quotes to specified vendors as directed by estimator and check for accuracy
  • Compile and maintain all project documentation from field consisting of Project Photos, Safety Documents, Daily Reports, Etc
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking of inbound and outbound deliveries 
  • Maintain companywide rental equipment log and all related documentation 
  • Check order confirmations for accuracy against original purchase order. 
  • Process and issue material purchase orders 
  • Maintain purchase order log and order documentation 
  • Facilitate development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion
  • Strategically create project plans, creating a timeline and setting benchmarks
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status 


  • Strong leadership skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access) 
  • Extremely organized and focussed 
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written 
  • Ability to motivate and keep staff on task 
  • Propensity for multi-tasking 
  • Deadline driven
