To Provide overall Program Management including; Fundraising, Planning, Implementing, Monitoring, and Evaluation. Provide budgetary control. Develop guidelines for standard Policies and Procedures. To coordinate all program services to ensure that the goals and objective of the program is met at all times. Supervise all Professional Staff, Consultants and Volunteers
Responsible for program plan/design including; monitoring, evaluation, and annual financial planning.
Develop goals and objectives, establish and implement program guidelines, policies & procedure.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure adequate funding for the operations of the program
Develop programs to meet current and future needs including; standards of behavioral performance for clients progress evaluation.
Review service performance, effect changes as needed to improve services and ensure compliance and regulatory (M & E) requirements.
Develop and recommend service operating & capital budgets and Monitor expenditures to compliance with approved budgetary constraints. Authorise all budgetary expenditure.
Recruit, train, supervise and conduct performance appraisal for program staff based on established standard and competencies.
Develop a relationship with other relevant service agencies (Local and International), Community groups/leaders, Governmental bodies, etc.
Maintain official records and documents, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations (e.g. NAPTIP)
Assist (office of the ED) with research and grant writing for submission to donor agencies
The ideal candidate should have;
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Non-profit Faith-Based Organization.
Minimum of 4 years Supervisory experience
Master’s Degree in Health-related field / Public Health or Public Administration/Management.
5 years in Program Management / Implementation preferably in the non-governmental sector-related; commitment to women’s health and development issues.
Good knowledge of Multiple Grant Management
Experience in Grants writing a plus
Evidence of good professional network
Creative abilities and be Proactive.
