Job Description


  • Development of PR Strategy
  • To develop and lead the PR communication strategy of the company
  • To develop and maintain a PR calendar for guiding the coordination and execution of annual PR events and activities. The calendar is to include all PR event initiatives, products PR, corporate PR, etc.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with targeted media (first class and second class of print, TV, radio, online and social media)
  • To develop a media network through partnerships with media. The nature of such partnerships can be ressource exchanges, sponsoring, etc.
  • To establish media database with marking cooperation details and idenfiying core media; to distinguish media according to their attitude toward our firm (friendly, neutral, opponent)
  • To act as the spokesperson of company to coping with enquiries from media,  individuals and other organizations
  • To keep communication with media and encourage them to publish news stories, features and editorials related to our firm
  • To organize press conferences and media briefings regularly, and make sure that 80% of participant media to product relevant publications/exposures
  • To collect media feedbacks
  • To continuously optimize and update our PR profiles like press kit, corporate video, and company presentation
  • To write regular press releases such as products, contents and promotion policy
  • To create attractive and interesting topics and story angles for media and engage them to produce more stories on our platform
  • To write statement to refute false reports related to our firm
  • To invite mainstream press to interview our chairman, CEO or marketing director 
  • To help organize all kinds of ceremonies
  • To search for co-marketing and co-branding opportunities to magnify our firm's awareness.
  • To participate relevant forums to expand our influence such as ICT industry,business,art,culture, etc.
  • To sponsor events that coincide with our brand DNA (high-tech, warm; fashion and customer-centred)Crisis Management
  • To make crisis management plan and coordinate internal and external communications Online PR
  • To leverage and fully use online PR tools (social networks, forum, influencers, etc.) potential in accordance with the PR strategy
  • To develop and manage relationship with online influencers, to build partnership and plan online PR campaign with them
  • To provide monthly coverage reports which includes media coverage on our firm and competitors
  • To establish a strong and integrated PR team
  • To raise awareness of CEO and local management on significance of media relations and on PR's potential
  • To work out the in-house magazines and deliver them to relevant departments or partners, like call center and dealer sales team; to write PR project reports and annual PR report when the HQ team requires


Requirements:

  • Not less than 5 years experience, negotiation skill, excellent communication and reporting skill. 
  • Also have worked/working with pay TV or any related company.
