Job Description

Support and walk in line to represent the CEO

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Acting as a first point of contact via phone calls and other correspondence.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Deliver and pick up business-related correspondence in the immediate geographic area
Work with the executive administrative team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for trade shows and meetings
Prepare the conference room for sales presentations and staff meeting
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing, maintaining procedures/administrative systems and preparation of reports
Liaising with clients, staff and suppliers
Collating and filing expenses for approval


Must be a Male
Degree/HND in Business administration or other related courses
2 years of related experience as a personal assistant or
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability
Good oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Tact and diplomacy
Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
