Job Description:

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organizing meetings, events, and conferences
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of the Boss
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Handling all other correspondence related to the Boss office
