Job Description

  • Appointment management 
  • Organize and track calendar, meetings, appointments and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings (internal & external)
  • Create soft and hard copy of calendar (daily & weekly)
  • Follow up with CEO and other attendees to be present at meetings
  • Attend and prepare agenda and minutes of meetings when required
  • Communications (internal & external)
  • Handling incoming emails, calls, posts; and often corresponding on behalf of the CEO Screening calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Liaising with clients, staff and service providers
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Research & Project management
  • Prepare reports and all documents required for decision making when required
  • Carry out background research and presenting findings
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Analyze and present material clearly and concisely
  • Coordinate projects to completion  Itinerary 
  • Manage the CEO’s itinerary
  • Keep track of all travels ahead of time and raise weekly reminders
  • Process flights and accommodation as early as possible. Include corporate cab, escort team (where necessary)
  • Dues/Renewals
  • Keep track of all dues and make renewals when required.
  • Support and Administrative Task
  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects and documents
  • Handling various ad hoc request
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the MD
Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications or any other related field.
  • 1- 2 years’ experience
  • Experience and Interest in internal and external communications
  • Well-developed quantitative and qualitative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suits such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Social Media web platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
