Job Description

Requirements:
First degree with a minimum of Second Class from a reputable University in Economics, Accounting, Personnel Management or Business Administration. 
Minimum of 10 years work experience in the finance industry some of which would have been with the Human Resources Department. Should have excellent writing skill, be analytical and Exhibit high emotional intelligence and good interpersonal Relationship. Should be able to work without supervision and Exercise discretion appropriately.
