Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organizing events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Male of btw 25-35 years of age
Ability to speak Yoruba and English fluently.
Ability to driver a car + valid drivers license.
Ability to compose basic letter and type same, good use of Microsoft Office.
Full knowledge of & familiar with the use of Internet & social media platform.
Willingness to travel by air, road or public transportation without hesitation.
Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience.
Salary N12000 - N150000 depending on qualification.
