JOB SUMMARY: 

TBEC is an international company with its headquarters in the Netherlands. At TBEC we believe that each employee contributes directly to the growth and success of the company, and we hope you will take pride in being a member of our team. An immigration Consultant advises about the procedures that an individual planning to immigrate needs to follow so that they are not forced to return to their native country.  You will oversee all aspects of our visa and immigration services from start to finish. You will consult with clients face to face to ensure that you customize our service to suit the client’s needs. You will provide the clients with all the information about the host country to ensure that they make a well-informed decision. You are required to ensure that you get all the necessary documentation and certification that will make you perform in this role.  You will report directly to the Senior Consultant and sometimes the MD. Your job title shall be a Travel Consultant.

  • Must have knowledge of the visa processing of many countries (especially first world countries).


QUALIFICATIONS: You must be educated to degree level. Additional education relevant to Visa and Immigration Consultancy is a plus.

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years experience preferably in Immigration procedures. MUST LIVE IN IKEJA OR 45MINS PROXIMITY TO IKEJA

DESIRABLE: Travel experience and Exposure is a plus



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for overseeing all the aspects involved in processing a visa and immigration service and also have to ensure that these processes run smoothly.

  • You will ensure that all Visa and Immigration documents are received within the time limit set by the government of the country.

  • You will have to interview all the clients and deal with applications personally.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all the information provided by the client is accurate.

  • You will be responsible for checking all the legal documents of the clients and informing them about any discrepancy in any of the documents.

  • You will have to prepare fee quotes occasionally

  • You will oversee all aspects  of our " Travel abroad" and "immigration" services, ensuring that visa processing runs smoothly

  • You will be responsible for translating a certain document and explaining it to the clients.

  • You will take responsibility for all  Immigration issues and operations, staying up to date with any changes to legislation as often as necessary

  • You will be expected to sign up to different legal platforms, news of different first world countries and sign up to a legal website like law pavilion to be updated with the consistent changing visa processing procedures and immigration laws

  • You must work within strict timelines to achieve your individual and the branch's monthly target of  60 consultations and 40 complete visa applications

  • You will liaise with the Consultant to ensure that all the documents provided by the client match the requirements of the host country 

  • Ensure 100% delivery of quality services to our clients

  • You will establish a solid partnership with at least 10 International schools  and embassies monthly, on our "Travel abroad" and "Tourism" services

  • Develop ways to Improve on each service

  • You will communicate our new products/services to  clients always 

  • You will be expected to develop ways to maximize profit and minimize the expenses of your department

  • You will become one-on-one academic mentors for students by providing them the support they need.

  • You will be expected to train the students on the required examinations if need be

  • You will build partnerships with educational professionals, businesses, local organizations, and more

  • You will coordinate logistics with our international partners, study abroad coordinators, oversee clients’ visa compliance, conduct pre-departure orientations and serve as the main contact for TBEC.

  • You will create monthly detailed reports with research findings based on your survey of competitors and feedback from clients

  • You will analyze these research findings  to inform marketing strategies

  • You will analyze monthly, details of competitor offerings, including specifications, market share, pricing, and promotional materials

  • You will recommend specific approaches and spending budgets to achieve the client's desired goals be it study residency or tourism.

  • You will come up with new product and service offerings quarterly to increase shares in new or existing markets.

  • You will assist the  GM and the senior Consultant in coming up with focused branding, positioning, and marketing tools for each product or service
