Job Description

  • Must have at least 7 years experience in the operations department of a reputable security company
  • Must have the technical know-how of how to train guards
  • Must be very computer literate (microsoft etc)
  • Must be able to recruit guards
  • Must be deft to work under immense pressure
  • Must have the knowledge to work without supervision
  • Must be innovative and dynamic in thinking
  • Must be purpose driven and result oriented
  • Must have the skill to work as a team lead
  • Must possess the natural charisma of a leader
