Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop long and short-term plans for the group and be fully responsible for the operation of all franchising hotels;
Responsible for formulating the strategic planning and operation strategies, standardization, and ensuring the implementation of the company's operational management standards, and enhancing brand reputation;
Responsible for the revenue, service quality, customer experience of all franchising hotels in Nigeria;
Responsible for the construction of the operation management team and the development of reserve talents for the company.

Working knowledge of use of Microsoft Office suite.
University bachelor degree in a related discipline or above, hotel management, tourism management or other related majors, certificate of studying abroad is preferred;
More than 5 years of working experience as a general manager in high-star hotels or operation manager in hotel management groups, more than 8 years of working experience in management positions.
