Job Summary

The candidate will oversee operations for Engineering & Technical Services Company, assisting the Managing Director in ensuring all departmental plans are going well.

Job Description

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Spoken and written English perfectly.
  • Creative writing. Must be able to compose and write letters perfectly
  • Very numerical, comfortable with numbers and must like numbers and know numbers
  • Excel level on scale of 0-10 – highest must be 6. Prepare spreadsheets, calculations, analysis
  • Must be able to use power-point sufficiently to use presentations
  • Comfortable with ICT, must have a platform knowledge, trainable to be able to use various management software.
  • Comfortable and knowledgeable to know and use social media – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Call Conference
  • Confident with very high leadership skills who can face and solve problems and proffer and implement solutions both internally within the Company and externally with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated. Can stand alone with minimum supervision and deputize for the MD at high level meeting if the occasion arises and even private and public interviews.
  • Good at multi-task, ability to do many things at the same time and still effectively delegate and coach other people. Continually improve overall performance and evaluate staff resources
  • Excellent report writing skills. Preparing proposals and presentations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • High driven and motivated.

Qualifications and required skills-
Male
30-40 years (35 best positions. Between 32 -38 years)
Minimum of the first degree (B.sc/HND) in any discipline from a reputable university
Minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience – post-graduation not counting NYSC.
Remuneration-
Salary between =N=4.0m to =N=6.0m p.a. depending on qualification and experience
Performance pay =N=4,000,000 based on achievement of set targets (excluding profit share)
