The ideal candidates must possess the following:
·A good first degree from a reputable institution in business management, hospitality management, Food Tech or other social sciences
·At least 4 years working experience as a manager or supervisor in a manufacturing/confectioneries/food processing/restaurant environment
·Management of retail outlets
· A proven track record in team management and service administration
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
·Age between 30-40 years
·Ability to work on weekends.
