Job Description

Responsibilities  
  • Hiring, training and evaluating of employees, taking corrective action when necessary
  • Developing, review, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
  • To source and explore new marketing channels
  • Overseeing Special project and tracking progress toward the company goal
  • To implement and sustain a minimum monthly sales target.
  • To prepare a weekly report and monthly summary for management’s use.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities & contracts opening.
Requirements:
  • BSc / BA
  • At least 5 year's experience in Real Estate Marketing/Management
  • Proven experience as a Marketing officer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
  • Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
