- The environment is laid back but can be fast-paced at times. We have a small team and work closely together. This position requires flexibility and dedication. The right candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and a strong sense of time management and extremely comfortable working in groups. Preference for a female staff
- 6 days /week
- organize office operations, procedures
- Prepares payroll and basic H.r functions by maintaining staff results, monitoring and appraising job results.
- controls correspondence, filling systems, client database, suppliers database
- reviews and approves supply requisition and other clerical functions
- Assisting the owner with client management, office support, planning, research, and project management
- Coordinating and communicating with the owner, clients, and creative team
- Creating invoices and estimates, marketing campaigns and proposals.
- Assisting with new ideas and strategies for business development
- Keeping office presentable, in charge of sourcing office and store supplies and equipment
- maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office system layout
