Office Assistant/Secretary with Graphic Design and Social Media skills for Online Marketing and Sales Generation.
The ideal candidate must have expert knowledge in using INSTAGRAM and Facebook for Marketing and must strong competence in using various computer packages for Graphic Designs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle the Instagram page of the company and market the Instagram contacts to patronize the company.
- Manage the company’s Instagram page, making and promoting posts as directed by the company management and ensure constant lead generation through the Instagram Adverts.
- Draft correspondence on non-substantive issues and ensure its follow-up;
- Maintain an appropriate filing system; back-to-office reports, ascertain the quality of documents requiring the approval and / or signature of experts and other staff members;
- Prepare and finalize draft correspondence concerning various aspects, on behalf of the CEO, prepare minutes of experts ‘meetings;
- Receive visitors and attend to them with tact and discretion;
- Maintain strict confidentiality about the company’s vital information as required by the CEO Prepare briefing material used for daily business administrations and meetings;
- Handle the CEO related issues concerning reception of the visitors and of the Office; Participate in staff meetings, take notes and produce reports for record purpose;
- Strong and expert knowledge of is using Instagram, Twitter and all kinds of Social Media for marketing and generating sales.
- Strong Computer skills including ability to use CorelDraw, PageMaker, Photoshop etc, for different graphic designs.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
