Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Nurture and manage a portfolio of media contacts and partners to drive brand development.
Manage the execution of their work for and ensure compliance to quality standards.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends effectiveness of campaigns, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and optimize ongoing effort.
Analyze customer and market insights to inform product development, market offerings and segment engagement.
Partner with the B2B customer experience team to develop and execute marketing plans that will help achieve B2B lead generation and customer conversion.
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public--facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all traditional and digital channels.
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, overseeing events and providing business support required from marketing.
Work with Leaders across all departments in providing marketing support as needed in the execution of their duties.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Oversee and manage the marketing team.
You’d be a good fit if you possess:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related or unrelated field but proven ability in
Marketing. (Master’s degree is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, communications and public relations activities.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy You are comfortable with working in a startup space where you need to be hands on You are a strong self-starter looking forward to building your team and designing marketing
structures and processes that will make the department work efficiently You possess a strong network within the media space and other industries. You are very thorough, analytical, creative and compelling.
