Be responsible for the sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
Arrange for meetings and presentations
Achieve allocated sales revenue targets
Conduct regular market intelligence activities
Contribute to the development of healthcare plans
Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing and sales plan
Negotiate Company’s bouquet plan/price with potential clients
Meet specified targets for bringing in new clients monthly
Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Demonstrate high energy and bring a positive attitude
Reviews all advertising or campaign document for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure all reports weekly reports, daily calls memos, weekly call plans, monthly reports, quarterly reports, etc. are prepared accurately and submitted as at when due.
Minimum of B.sc or HND (Upper credit) in marketing, social sciences or any management related course
Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience preferably in the HMO or other health care industry
HMO Experience is an added advantage
Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will be an added advantage
Excellent selling and customer relationship skills
Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written)
Proven sales track record.
Must be social media savvy.
Must be within the age range of 27-35.
Must have a field and office personality.
- Salary: 120, 000 - 180, 000 / Month
Proficiency in English, MS Office, CRM software, and other marketing trends
