Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketer who will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and managing marketing strategies and programs that uphold the corporate image and property identity. The Marketer will also execute marketing tactics supporting the hotel.

Job Description


  • Plan and communicate marketing plans and activities with operators 
  • Execute marketing tactics, partnerships, programs and plans supporting the hotel 
  • Manage annual marketing activation plan and calendar focused on driving business to the hotel 
  • Create a content strategy for the website, social media platforms & email communications 
  • Support PR, social media and digital media tactics 
  • Attend key operational meetings to ensure alignment with all hotel stakeholders 
  • Perform other duties deemed necessary by management to support the organization 
  • Knowledge of high-end clientele 
  • OND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field is preferred 
  • Proven experience in in-person and digital marketing, advertising or public relations, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel; Know-how of direct to consumer marketing with banks.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of marketing management, guest relations, and etiquette 
  • Possess a gracious, friendly, courteous and cheerful demeanor 
  • Ability to multitask and have a high level of attention to detail 
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments 
  • Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations. 
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office 
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English. 
Facility Management Responsibilities:
  • Check guests in and out according to our processes 
  • Manage inventory and stock of items 
  • Handle guests complaints and provide hospitable customer service 
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of the facility and 
  • Manage handymen i.e. gardeners, pool cleaners 
Our ideal candidate would: 
  • Be a hands-on person and be resourceful 
  • Be computer literate and web literate 
  • Manage social media accounts, Instagram and Facebook 
  • Be able to create reports on Microsoft word and excel and send emails. 
  • Be intelligent and extremely security conscious.
  • Be experienced enough to handle delicate situations and enforce our policies. 
  • Withstand hostile guest confrontation and not be intimidated 
  • Stable, be looking for a long term relationship, not job-hopping. 
  • Salary: 110,000 /mo + 5% commission on sales.
