We are currently recruiting for the position of Manager.

Job Description

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Cover the reception desk when required
  • Undertake Payroll & distribute payroll information
  • Train supervisors to undertake relevant duties
  • Under direct supervision of the MD, make impress disbursement, maintains impress, ledger sheets (petty cash), prepare the summary sheet of income & expenditures with appropriate codes and request for reimbursement through the MD.
  • Manage all company projects, operationally & financially
  • Manage all company assets & ensure assets & stock register is updated monthly
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests, Provide general support to guests & visitors.
  • Maintain the company’s website content
  • Manage the supervisors, maintenance team & security.
  • Be involved in all operational processes.
  • Generate reports, Submit and reconcile all financial reports
  • Prepare and monitor invoices & receive payments
  • Pay monthly taxes, collect & file relevant certificates.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Set up a new financial system, introduce new accounting software & ensure it has been well installed with the assistance of the MD.
  • Market the hotel online & directly to corporate organizations & ensure the OTAs are always updated with current pictures & information.

Requirements:

  • HND/OND/BSc 
  • Proven Administrative experience
  • Ability to supervise & manage staff
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Highly organized 
  • Must be smart, presentable and well-spoken
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Must have good customer service.
  • Must have good leadership skills & be a good communicator.
  • Willing to travel locally & internationally.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly intermediate/Expert level on Microsoft Excel. 
  • Must be loyal and honest; no shred of theft or deceit.
  • On the job training will be provided in specific areas 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • He/She will be required to work 6 days a week AND accommodation can be arranged if need be.
