Job Description

The ideal candidate will drive sales performance through  implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieving targets across all our range of lubricant products. 

He will build and maintain effective relationship with key and  potential clients, interacting with business partners and  provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operationally 
excellence and standard application of operating standards.
Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine  appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the  business and deliver best-in-class customer service and 
compliance to credit policy.
Participate in negotiations and become a key player in  administering contractual agreements with clients in the 
region.
Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related  to own area of responsibility and help the company 
performance.
Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting. Compile relevant reports for management use. 
Required Qualification, Knowledge & Experience.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree especially in
Mechanical/Chemical or a business related course.
Extensive working experience (minimum of 8 years) in similar
roles at sales management level in a highly competitive sales
environment, of which oil/petroleum or beverage are preferred.
Excellent multiple stakeholders & Customer Relationship
Management (CRM), with ability to establish adequate personal
and professional relationships.
Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in English
with high ability to network.
Highly analytical and problem-solving ability.
Must not be less than 35 years of age.
Software Proficiency (excel, word, powerpoint) is required.
The ideal candidates should possess the character,
temperament, resilience and work ethics required for top
positions/professionals. Candidates should be self-driven and
results oriented, very alert and fully committed
professionals/leaders.
