The Kitchen Operations Manager will contribute to the management of the restaurant ensuring processes are followed and business operates in an efficient and productive way.

Implement and improve efficiency processes in the kitchen
Food quality control- food must be fresh and cooked in a clean environment.
Inspect food portioning for all food served in the restaurant.
Ensure Food production strictly follows office guide lines and recipes
Daily cooking area, equipment and utensil inspection, Stainless steel must be spotless and properly maintained
General cleanliness of environment and proper and neatly disposing of trash, equipment’s, uniform, kitchen utensils, work surfaces e.t.c
General hygiene of cooking areas and inspection of staff appearance
Salary: N80,000- N150,000
