The successful candidate will be a business graduate with a passion for sales coaching and have extensive experience working with diverse partners in a sales channel.
The Key Performance Areas are:
Strong ability to profile and select key and strategic accounts for the business
Demonstrate leadership in leading the account team in order to deliver agreed results
Use Project Management and other methods to ensure clear, detailed project reports
Relationship development with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure optimization of customer relationships
Demonstrate an ongoing ability of growing the customer use of products and purchase of additional products.
About the person The successful candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:
An MBA or equivalent business degree;
5 years or more in an Account Management role in a channel or similar industry;
Experience with Engineering workflows and processes;
Experience in government, infrastructure, or other related engineering disciplines;
5 years or more experience in design or construction, work flows and solutions. Example (Autodesk, or competitors);
Strong business and financial acumen;
A proficient user of Salesforce.com CRM
