Functional description

  • The Incumbent  is responsible for planning and executing the plan to achieve Institutional/Organizational Sales budget role in B2B corporate  of WHN

Contacts of the function

  • External to WHN
  • Internal to WHN
  • Customers (Institutional, State, Sponsors, government and Philanthropists)
  • Projects, Finance, Engineering, SCM, CART, HR and Marketing

Roles and Responsibility


  • Identify the potential customers for capital sales across the private and public sectors- Full 
  • Accountable for large key account management- Shared
  • Determine the product specifications by customer segment/group-Full 
  • Execute the plan to achieve the sales budget- Full 
  • Hands on experience of preparation and submission of big budget proposals- Full 
  • Maintain relationship with key accounts- Full

Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Degree Holder (Business Management/ Marketing and other related field)
  • Functional Experience:  Must have handled an institutional /organization  sales role in B2B and Corporate / Government sectors, candidates from office equipment and earth moving equipment industries will be preferred
  • Superspeciality: Account Management / Relationship Building with an extensive network in corporate/ government sectors
  • Other: Computer Literate
  • Years of Experience: The incumbent should have a minimum of 10 years and above in B2B and Corporate/Government sales
