Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the delivery of seamless high-quality service across all customer-facing teams Look at ways to reorganize and improve operational area 
  • Provide inspirational leadership to our service teams 
  • Consider and evaluate different approaches of working Drive service excellence with a focus on achieving continuous improvement 
  • Define and deliver the operational strategy Streamline business processes to enhance efficiency 
  • Oversee our technical support, customer service and business support teams through an existing management structure 
  • Strategic point of contact for senior clients and establish strong relationships. 
  • Work with the management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients. 
  • Mentor and develop his/her team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work. 
  • Encourage respective discipline managers to implement creative solutions.
  • Implement proprietary and 3rd party tools into the planning process. 
  • Create an effective process and information flow between client services team and other disciplines. 
  • Contribute to client’s business growth by identifying new opportunities. 
  • Assist the Operations team with designing the training and implementation of all internal and external tools. 
  • Foster a productive and empowering working environment. 
  • Provide team with all necessary tools and training to improve core expertise and continued career growth. 
  • Build a team to deliver company business and revenue goals. 
  • Partner with Finance in building client P&L. 
  • Will lead multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organization. 
  • Lead new business efforts and determine the optimal staffing assignments for new initiatives. 

Candidate Profile 
  • Significant experience in a similar role within a dynamic, technology-led business – ideally within the investment sector 
  • Experienced in leading multiple customer-facing teams 
  • Adaptable management style in order to get results and help individuals achieve their full potential 
  • Experience of driving change initiatives in a service-based environment 
  • Demonstrable leadership & change management skills 
  • Ability to influence others to get results; including using appropriate standards of business communication (written/verbal) 
  • Ability to plan and organize a sizable workload 
  • Effective interpersonal skills – including approachability to all levels of internal/external contacts 
  • Evidence of working at a senior level within a growing business 
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
  • Capable of visioning future workable solutions as well as a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved in day to day operations 
  • Strong interest in improving the knowledge & skills of others
