Provide technical support to end users in a professional manner over the phone, remotely, or in person for an environment with 20+ users.
Resolve technical issues following standard practice, company-approved protocols.
Assist and collaborate on IT projects and deployments
Willingness to work weekends to support off-hours migration events of mission-critical systems.
Degree in Information/Computer Technology or the equivalent work experience.
Experience in supporting end users in a professional environment.
Knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10, Microsoft Office Suites required.
Good Hardware/PC Repair or Upgrade knowledge
Experience with antivirus and malware solutions.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocol and Networking
Strong verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must.
